EDIT: Rebecca impressed me with her customer service and turned a negative experience into a positive one by fixing my issue immediately. She was very understanding over the phone and followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. I will definitely be using her services again. Thank you! I was really disappointed in my order. I spent $200 and the flower quality was not good. Plus, the delivery guy forgot the card. He called to say it was dropped off hours later, but I’m not sure if that actually happened. I expected more from the reviews/reputation. Really sad about this.
